The Lotus Domino 6 programming interface boasts 37 new classes. Existing classes get 68 new properties, 81 new methods, and 17 new events. This article covers: the new programming interface for the Administration Process; enhancements for agents, sessions, and workspace; the new color class that extends to RGB and HSL; enhancements to database classes; changes in document, item, and form classes; the new embedded scheduler for forms and subforms; the ability to distinguish between Notes client and Web events in Domino Designer; changes to Java; the ability to lock documents and design elements; expanded MIME capabilities; and the new replication class for representing source-destination settings.
